Our big news is our long overdue visit to stay with Ellie in Australia.
She has been there since travelling overland from London in the first Ozbus, arriving in Sydney in December 2007. Having explored around the coast for a few months, she settled in Brisbane and soon found a job.

Seven years ago, on 31 January 2003, we bought the “St Just Tea Rooms” with the vague idea of running a ‘book-café and absolutely no idea of what was involved. Looking back, it seems incredible that we opened at all. It’s more incredible that we are still here, well into our dotage, and that you, dear guests, still come in, still love the place. The Cook Book is open every day all year round except for 2 - 3 weeks during January when it closes for the annual refit. Details are always given in the newsletter.
