  • Many congratulations to Rosie Palliser, now back in Kerala, for securing a brilliant job at Raleigh International’s headquarters
  • A warm welcome to Emily Pritchard, Tom Mannering and Cathal Ratcliffe who have joined us for the summer season
  • Farewell and many thanks to John Nash who has left us and is moving up to Bristol. We wish him well in his new life up-country

2. Themed Evenings

We are continuing our themed evenings, but, sadly, Odysseus was ensnared by Calypso. His odyssey has been delayed, though not, we hope, for seven years. It is certain that he won’t be at The Cook Book in July.

While the food will be simpler, we hope the entertainment provided by our guests will retain its spectacular standards of wit and vivacity.

The Famous Five will be here on Saturday 23 August. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to join them.
